Last week, TEC headed all the way to California to help our pals from Fox Audio Visual produce a three-day, high profile corporate event in Dana Point, California. After shipping our equipment across country, we loaded up a semi-truck full of audio visual gear and headed down the coast. The Monarch Beach Resort in Orange County, served as the backdrop to this event. The venue is known for hosting luxury weddings and events, but mentioned this was by far the largest-scale corporate set-up the hotel had ever seen.
Executing this monumental event cross-country took weeks of planning and intensive logistical brainstorming from all vendors involved. Over the two-day set-up, we loaded in and brought to life 368 panels of 3mm LED WALL, 4×90″ LCD monitors, a custom center stage, a VUE audiotechnik audio system, analog ascender and over 440′ of draping!
